All the walks are designed to be done using Nottingham busses. Taking you to and from the start and finish.
​One is the long distance Maid Marion walk. Starting and finishing at Nottingham Castle. Skirting the North of the City. About 55 Km or 35 Miles. I have broken it down into smaller individual walks

Farnsfield Circle

6 Mile circular walk round Farnsfield. Starting and finishing at 'The Lion' pub. Following easy tracks and quiet tarmacked lanes.

 Visiting Calverton Hill fort. Visible from Oxton Hills fort.

A 6 Mile, 2 hour walk from Calverton to Farnsfield. Taking the Calverton Connection to Calverton. And the Sherwood Arrow back from Farnsfield. The walk Ends at 'The Lion' pub in Farnsfield.
